I AM NOT A LIAR

I AM NOT A LIAR, 2026
Hand-knit Textile Sculpture with Custom Wood Knitting Needle
Variable/ approx. 12 ft x 5 ft

ABOUT THE WORK

I AM NOT A LIAR is part of FERAL, an evolving body of work about knowledge, instinct, agency, disobedience, and returning to ourselves.

Each color in the sculpture holds a feeling experienced while processing being called a liar. Built over months and knitted larger than the artist’s own body, the work transforms emotions once expected to be contained into something impossible to minimize.

FERAL unfolds October 2026–November 2027. This work may be collected now and will remain with the exhibition through its final presentation in November 2027. Delivery or shipping will follow the exhibition.

INSTALLATION & CARE

This work is designed as a wall-mounted textile sculpture and includes its custom wood knitting needle. Final installation requirements will be provided with the work.

Handle with clean, dry hands. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat. Dust gently with low-suction vacuuming through a protective screen or clean soft brush as needed.
