Installations are where my paintings, sculptures, performance, and community practice come together to create immersive experiences that invite reflection, conversation, and connection. Rather than simply occupying a space, each installation is designed to transform it—using scale, symbolism, and participation to explore themes of identity, belonging, resilience, and our shared humanity. Through immersive environments, I invite viewers to move beyond observation and into moments of curiosity, introspection, and meaningful dialogue.
Shifting Realities - Porsche Studio Portland OR
Location: Porsche Studio, 1432 NW Johnson St, Portland, OR 97209 *Temporary*
For Shifting Realities, The Tracy Piper presents DANGEROUS, a large-scale installation exploring the stories we carry and the identities we hold onto. Centered around a monumental figurative painting and a single contemplative question—What are you still holding onto?—the work invites visitors to pause, reflect, and reconsider the beliefs, expectations, and roles that shape their lives.
Created specifically for Porsche Studio Portland, the installation transforms a single wall into a moment of quiet introspection within the larger exhibition, offering a space where art becomes not only something to observe, but something to experience.
