Tracy Piper is a Portland-based painter known for expressive figurative work that explores emotional connection, identity, and what it means to feel seen. Her paintings often feature real individuals from her community: collaborators, friends, and participants... creating work that lives at the intersection of portraiture and lived experience.

Through bold color, scale, and presence, Tracy’s work invites viewers to pause, recognize themselves, and connect with the humanity of others. In addition to her studio practice, she is the creator of SEEN, an ongoing participatory art project focused on storytelling, mental health, and visibility.

Her work has been exhibited both internationally and nationally, including presentations in San Francisco, New York and Miami (SCOPE Art Show), and is held in private collections across the United States.
